🎮 เกมกระตุก / ภาพช้า (FPS ต่ำ)?

สาเหตุที่พบบ่อยที่สุด: เบราว์เซอร์ไม่ได้ใช้การ์ดจอ (Hardware Acceleration ปิดอยู่) ทำให้เกมถูกวาดด้วย CPU แทน → ช้ามาก · ทำตามคู่มือนี้ทีละขั้น ใช้เวลา ~2 นาที

ขั้น 1 เช็คว่าใช่ปัญหานี้ไหม (30 วินาที)

  1. เปิดแท็บใหม่ พิมพ์ chrome://gpu แล้วกด Enter (Microsoft Edge ใช้ edge://gpu)
  2. ดูหัวข้อ Graphics Feature Status บรรทัด WebGL และ WebGL2
✅ ขึ้น Hardware accelerated (สีเขียว) = เบราว์เซอร์ใช้การ์ดจอแล้ว → ข้ามไป ขั้น 4 (เครื่องอาจไม่แรงพอ ให้ลดกราฟิกในเกมแทน)
❌ ขึ้น Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable (สีแดง/เหลือง) = นี่คือสาเหตุ → ทำขั้น 2 ต่อ

ขั้น 2 เปิด "ใช้การเร่งกราฟิกเมื่อพร้อมใช้งาน"

Chrome / Edge:

  1. คลิก ⋮ (มุมขวาบน) → Settings / การตั้งค่า
  2. ช่องค้นหาด้านบน พิมพ์ hardware (หรือ กราฟิก)
  3. หัวข้อ "Use graphics acceleration when available" / "ใช้การเร่งกราฟิกเมื่อพร้อมใช้งาน" → เปิดสวิตช์
  4. กดปุ่ม Relaunch / เปิดใหม่ ที่เด้งขึ้นมา (เบราว์เซอร์จะรีสตาร์ท)
  5. กลับไปเช็ค chrome://gpu อีกครั้ง → ต้องเป็น Hardware accelerated

Firefox: เมนู → Settings → ค้น performance → เอาเครื่องหมายถูกออกจาก "Use recommended performance settings" → ติ๊ก "Use hardware acceleration when available" → รีสตาร์ทเบราว์เซอร์

ขั้น 3 ยังขึ้น Software only อยู่? — ปลดล็อกการ์ดจอ

บางเครื่องเบราว์เซอร์ "แบน" การ์ดจอไว้เพราะไดรเวอร์เก่า ให้ทำ 2 อย่างนี้:

3.1 บังคับเปิด (flag):

  1. แท็บใหม่ พิมพ์ chrome://flags (Edge: edge://flags)
  2. ค้นหา ignore-gpu-blocklist
  3. ตั้ง "Override software rendering list" = Enabled → กด Relaunch

3.2 อัปเดตไดรเวอร์การ์ดจอ (ยั่งยืนกว่า):

⚠️ ถ้าเปิด flag ข้อ 3.1 แล้วภาพเพี้ยน/จอค้าง ให้กลับไปตั้งเป็น Default แล้วใช้วิธีอัปเดตไดรเวอร์แทน

ขั้น 4 โน้ตบุ๊กมี 2 การ์ดจอ — บังคับใช้ตัวแรง

เครื่องที่มีทั้ง Intel (ประหยัดไฟ) + NVIDIA/AMD (แรง) — Windows อาจให้เบราว์เซอร์ใช้ตัวอ่อน

  1. Settings ของ Windows → System → Display → Graphics
  2. กด Browse เลือกโปรแกรมเบราว์เซอร์ (เช่น chrome.exe) หรือหาในรายการ
  3. คลิก → Options → เลือก High performance → Save
  4. รีสตาร์ทเบราว์เซอร์

🎮 Game Stuttering / Low FPS?

The most common cause: your browser is not using the graphics card (Hardware Acceleration is off), so the game is drawn by the CPU instead → very slow. Follow this guide step by step — takes ~2 minutes.

Step 1 Check if this is your problem (30 seconds)

  1. Open a new tab, type chrome://gpu and press Enter (Microsoft Edge: edge://gpu)
  2. Under Graphics Feature Status, look at the WebGL and WebGL2 lines
✅ Shows Hardware accelerated (green) = your browser is already using the GPU → skip to Step 4 (your machine may just need lower in-game graphics)
❌ Shows Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable (red/yellow) = this is the cause → continue to Step 2

Step 2 Enable "Use graphics acceleration when available"

Chrome / Edge:

  1. Click ⋮ (top right) → Settings
  2. In the search box, type hardware
  3. Find "Use graphics acceleration when available" → turn the switch ON
  4. Click the Relaunch button that appears (the browser will restart)
  5. Check chrome://gpu again → it should now say Hardware accelerated

Firefox: Menu → Settings → search performance → uncheck "Use recommended performance settings" → check "Use hardware acceleration when available" → restart the browser

Step 3 Still "Software only"? — Unblock your GPU

Some machines have the GPU blocklisted by the browser due to old drivers. Do these two things:

3.1 Force-enable (flag):

  1. New tab, type chrome://flags (Edge: edge://flags)
  2. Search for ignore-gpu-blocklist
  3. Set "Override software rendering list" = Enabled → click Relaunch

3.2 Update your GPU driver (more reliable long-term):

⚠️ If the flag in 3.1 causes visual glitches/freezes, set it back to Default and update your driver instead

Step 4 Laptop with 2 GPUs — force the powerful one

Laptops with both Intel (power-saving) + NVIDIA/AMD (performance) — Windows may give the browser the weak one

  1. Windows Settings → System → Display → Graphics
  2. Click Browse and select your browser (e.g. chrome.exe), or find it in the list
  3. Click it → Options → select High performance → Save
  4. Restart the browser
